I just wanted to share with you, this video, that shows the Transkei (where I am going in South Africa, in September). It tells a bit about their poverty, the devastation of AIDS in their community and what we are doing to help. Its short and I encourage you to watch — it is places like this very place that the world has made forgotten.

I feel it my calling to bring them into light.

if you feel so led, here’s a bit of sidebar/blog bling to help me promote this trip. i’m a little over a month out and the need for prayer is a great one — for heart preparation as well as for team unity as we train together. (and i’m still raising financial support even tho i am more than tired of saying that).
