In the last 30 days, I have baked cookies 4 times.
Tonight’s: Toffee Chip.
At least now when someone asks me what my hobbies are, I can answer with something other than: “playing on the computer.”

Speaking of toffee: my husband doesn’t care for raisins so Christmas I put toffie chips in oatmeal cookies instead of raisins to shake it up they were pretty good. Favorite cookie creation is sugar cookie w/ cranraisins, white chocolate chips and pecans. OMG!! My hobbies are scrapbooking and beading.
