This iCooked recipe is actually one I came up with myself. What? I am making my own recipes now? Yep.

Fish Tacos

Van de Kamp’s Crispy Fish Tenders
Low Carb or Whole Wheat Tortillas
Light Sour Cream
Shredded Lettuce
Reduced Fat Cheese

Cook fish tenders according to package directions.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes.

Top each tortilla with 2 fish tenders, 1 tablespoon of light sour cream, 1 tablespoons of salsa, 1/2 cup of lettuce and 2 tablespoons of cheese; roll up tortillas and serve.

I also partnered this meal with Baked Tostitos Scoops and Salsa.
