Monday Weigh-in #6 (Late)

Pardon my tardiness in getting my weigh-in posted. I didn’t weigh-in until Monday evening (there wasn’t a morning option here in Auburn, AL) and by the time I got back to my friend’s place — I had to set up for Praying Backwards.

Anyways, I’m rambling.

The last 5 days have been vacation days with my friend Jennifer. I ate mostly okay, but cheated on a few occasions. After all, it IS vacation! However, I was intentional in remaining as active as possible. I did pilates (and felt like I got beat to death) and walked quite a bit. Ended up accumulating about 6 activity points. That helped me to be able to cheat on my food points.

Here’s my week’s numbers…

*Pounds Lost: 1.7
*Inches Lost: 2

*Weight(lbs): 217.2
*Pounds Lost: .7
*Inches Lost: .5

(since Sept. 29, 2008)

*Pounds Lost: 10.4 (got another 5pt. star!)
*Inches Lost: 9.75
